Mission Statement

Simply put, our mission is to reinvent and bring simplicity to the pet industry by changing the way consumers and clients learn about, research, and shop for high quality pet products and services.

We know and respect that your time is valuable and that your pets are one of the most important parts of your life. Because of this, we not only want to be there for you when you need us, but we also want to help you become knowledgeable about all aspects of your pet’s life, whether it be nutrition, training, healthcare, etc. We are starting small by offering pet sitting services but it is our hope that in the future we can grow into a one stop shop for all your pet care needs.

Founder

Pets have always been a passion of mine. I started my career in the pet industry over 15 years ago working at a smaller animal hospital as a veterinary technician/kennel staff/receptionist. From there, I have worked at multiple dog grooming salons, animal hospitals, and a dog daycare. Through these various positions, I’ve enjoyed learning all I can about pet behavior, nutrition, veterinary care, and more. I believe it is important to continue to learn about the new advances in the pet industry to help not only the pets we work with but also their owners. I recognize and value the trust our clients place in us and I strive to exceed their expectations every day with the care I provide.

When I am not at work, I am staying busy with my two daughters and my 4 pets. I have a stubborn but sweet Great Pyrenees, an energetic cuddle bug Cattle Dog mix, a talkative older cat whose favorite pastime is sleeping, and a goofball younger cat who still likes to get into everything. They are definitely a weird bunch of opposites but, somehow, we all fit perfectly together. 

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, having bonfires, taking pictures, and exploring new places. I recently set a goal for myself to visit and hike at least one trail in every state park and forest preserve in Illinois. I have a long way to go and I know I may not be able to get to every trail in my lifetime but it is less about reaching the destination and more about enjoying the journey.
