Yes. Since you pet will be around other pets, we want to make sure all pets are up to date on vaccines. However, we do also accept titer testing. The vaccinations we require for our Pet Sitting (our sitter’s home) services include: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and Fecal within the last year. We also require your pet (if over a year old) to be spayed or neutered.

We offer walks and visits throughout Plainfield, IL and surrounding communities (Joliet, Shorewood, etc). However, for our Pet Sitting, we do accept pets from any area since you will be traveling to us. If any questions regarding our service area, please feel free to call, text, or email us.

Yes. Because many pets do better with consistency, we do keep your pet with the same sitter every time. If your usual pet sitter is for some reason unable to complete the visit on any given day, we will notify you in advance.

We would love to hear from you! We added our online booking to make things easier for our clients but we do accept calls, texts, and emails too.

We understand that life gets busy and sometimes it is easy to forget to call to cancel an appointment. Due to this, we allow cancellations up to 12 hours in advance. If cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment time, you will be responsible for paying half of your normal fee. However, we do understand emergencies happen and we do try to be flexible with this policy to the best of our ability so please call us to discuss your situation if you need to cancel last minute so we can work something out.

Our sitters may have other dogs, cats, or children in their household. Due to this, we require all dogs be well-behaved with children, other dogs, and cats. If you don’t know how they will do, that is okay. Before we schedule any type of pet sitting, we require a trial to make sure there will not be any problems during the duration of your pet’s stay. Of course we can’t predict every potential issue that may arise during your pet’s stay, but this trial will help us get to know your pet, which will limit any potential issues from arising. The trial should only take 2-3 hours or less, depending on your individual dog.
