How Our Drop-In Visits Work

Having to be away from your pet is hard, whether it is just for a few hours or for several days. And finding reliable, quality care isn’t always easy. Boarding facilities can be stressful and overwhelming and most require your pet to get along with other pets. And sometimes it is not always possible to rely on friends or family.

With our Drop-In Visits, you can relax knowing that your pet is being cared for by a professional, reliable pet sitter in the comfort of your own home. Potty Break (15 Minutes)

Our 15 Minute Potty Breaks are perfect for pets who just need enough time for a quick potty break outside. For this type of visit, we do require a minimum of 2 visits per day. We also will check food and water at this visit (if applicable). If any other services are needed, please choose our Regular or Extended Visit instead.

Regular Visit (3o Minutes)

Our Regular Visit is the one we recommend for most pets. Your pet will get a potty break, play time, and lots of love! We will also check food and water bowls (if applicable). There are no minimum visits required with this option.

Extended Visit (60 Minutes)

Are you going to be gone longer hours and don’t want your pet to be lonely? Are there additional services you’d like added to your visit? Or do you have more than two pets that require care? Then, this may be the best option for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our initial consultations allow us to meet you and your dog and to discuss what you are looking for to make sure we are a good fit for each other.

No. Once we speak with you at your initial consultation, if we feel we cannot offer you the services or care your pet requires, we will let you know up front. We understand you are busy and we do not want to waste your time.

Our Drop-In Visits are offered daily from 6am through 10pm, however if you need services outside of those hours, feel free to give us a call to discuss as we may be able to accommodate.

Yes, we offer discounts to military families and seniors. We also offer multiple pet discounts and packages if booking walks or visits on a regular basis (coming soon).

Yes. For the safety of our staff and the community, for our Dog Walking and Drop-In Visits, we do require your pet to be up to date on Rabies. We do also accept titer testing or signed letters from your veterinarian. For Forest Preserve Walks (coming soon), we do require additional vaccinations. We will update this once that service goes live.

We offer visits throughout Plainfield, IL and surrounding communities (Joliet, Shorewood, etc). If any questions regarding our service area, please feel free to call, text, or email us.

Yes. Because many pets do better with consistency, we do keep your pet with the same sitter every time. If your usual dog sitter is for some reason unable to complete the visit on any given day, we will notify you in advance.

Do I have to book online or can I call instead?

We would love to hear from you! We added our online booking to make things easier for our clients but we do accept calls, texts, and emails too.

We understand that life gets busy and sometimes it is easy to forget to call to cancel an appointment. Due to this, we allow cancellations up to 12 hours in advance. If cancelling within 12 hours of the appointment time, you will be responsible for paying half of your normal fee. However, we do understand emergencies happen and we do try to be flexible with this policy to the best of our ability so please call us to discuss your situation if you need to cancel last minute so we can work something out.

No. For our Drop-In Visits and our Dog Walking Services, we accept any breed and your pet does not have to be spayed/neutered. We even work with pets who may be nervous around new people (if this is the case, please call us to discuss further before booking).
